Really tasty and a great little pep-me-up when on the

Really tasty and a great little pep-me-up when on the go. I use it in rotation with my Science In Sport gels and it's great when I'm unable to drink a lot of water etc eg if unable to access bathroom facilities. Helps me power on.

Not very sweet, and quite powdery taste. Not hard to bite and they dissolve fully quite easily. They remind me of the Love Hearts sweets. I enjoy taking them, because I can restrain myself to take only the suggested dose and they work as “something sweet” for me through the day. I am trying to limit my sugar consumption (that includes sweets and chocolate) so for me this is something like the “healthy” sweets. But I think I actually slightly more prefer the taste of the BCAAs chews from this company. There is 100 in a jar. Suggested dose is at least 4 (providing 3g of creatine). For best results 6 chews. They can be used alongside other creatine products to top up your body’s creatine stores. I tend to opt for BCCAs rather than creatine but these intrigued me as they are “sweets” version. They are suitable for athletes, too, the products are screened for banned substances. Great product and would recommend it if you are after trying different ways of topping up your creatine.

Great taste, easy to consume, great on the go - do the job very well. Also recently tried the mint ones which are very very good too (if a bit better than the strawberry)! Just be aware they are not exactly 'chews' as you might expect, more a powdered tablet than a chewy sweet but for me it makes no difference, arguably quicker to consume in this form anyway and they break down super easy

There's that chalky texture here that you always get with

There's that chalky texture here that you always get with these 'chewable' tablets - they're a bit like those old Swiffet's lollies, but with less sugar. The up side is that they're convenient to slip in your pocket. The downside is that you can't mix it in with your water. Equally as effective, though. Creatine adds muscle bulk, with gym work.
