Please note: All parcels are fully tracked to the door with our only service, the Priority Royal Mail International Parcels Service (Express Shipping).

The courier for Express delivery may vary depending on your location, and it could be Royal Mail, Spring, DPD, DHL or FedEx.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 18 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mysupplementshop.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

MySupplementShop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For our customers ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to customs inspections and procedures that are standard when shipping internationally. While we do our utmost to ensure a smooth shipping process by providing accurate HS Tariff Codes, detailed commodity descriptions, CN22 forms, and timely submissions of commercial invoices both in paper and electronic formats, these customs processes can sometimes cause unforeseen delays.

We have no control over the length of time your country's customs department takes to process your items. We empathize with the potential inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we do everything within our power to facilitate a swift delivery.

As such, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs and request that these external factors not be considered when leaving us feedback. We value your feedback and use it to continually improve our services; however, please note that feedback left regarding delayed parcels due to customs, where this is substantiated in tracking links, will be disputed and steps will be taken to seek its removal. This is to ensure that our reputation and ratings provide a fair reflection of our service.

If your order is subject to customs clearance procedures, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@mysupplementshop.co.uk. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, following our return policy guidelines.

Shipping Status

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, with tags, seals, and in its original packaging.

How can I initiate a return?

You can start a return from your dedicated account page for UK customers. For international returns, please email us at hello@mysupplementshop.co.uk with your name and order reference and reason for return. Please include as much information as possible in this request to allow us to best assist you.

How are refunds processed, and how long does it take?

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer but these usually appear within 3-5 working days worldwide.

What if I received the wrong item or items are missing from my order?

If you received the wrong item or items are missing, please follow our step-by-step instructions and contact us with images and details. We will work to rectify the situation promptly.

Can I return opened or used items for a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, with tags and seals, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, opened or used items cannot be returned for a refund.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

If you received a damaged product, please contact us at hello@mysupplementshop.co.uk with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
