Mediocre blood sugar control for PCOS

Two capsules of this product only has 400 mg of berberine and for Swanson regular berberine, one capsule has 400 mg. When I take 2 capsules of the Swanson regular berberine, my blood sugar doesn't spike and it keeps the hair off my face. I spend more money on supplements than anything else and I am surprised that the Swanson berberine isn't the most expensive supplement I've purchased, but for PCOS related symptoms it is the best one I've used.
