Shipping can be unpredictable, but with MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP Shipping Protection, your order is covered against loss, damage, or delivery issues. Plus, you'll get priority customer support for faster resolutions!
What’s Covered?
When you add Shipping Protection at checkout, you’re covered for:
✅ Lost Packages – If your order is lost in transit, we’ll make it right.
✅ Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged, we’ll sort it out.
✅ Priority Support – Jump the queue and get faster resolutions for any covered claims.
How to File a Claim
If something goes wrong, just let us know ASAP:
📅 Lost Packages – Report within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
📸 Damaged Items – Report within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your claim quickly, we’ll need:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ Proof of purchase
✔️ Photos (for damaged items)
✔️ Shipping carrier confirmation (for lost packages, if available)
Important: Claims outside these timeframes may not be approved.
How We’ll Fix It
Once your claim is approved, we’ll make things right by offering one of the following:
🚀 A replacement – A new item sent out to you.
💰 Store credit – Use it on anything in the shop.
💳 A refund – If a replacement isn’t suitable.
Note: The Shipping Protection fee itself is non-refundable.
What’s Not Covered?
Shipping Protection does not cover:
❌ Orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
❌ Packages marked "Delivered" by the courier (unless clear proof of theft or misdelivery is provided).
❌ Buyer’s remorse or general dissatisfaction with a product.
❌ Delays or issues caused by natural disasters or extreme weather.
❌ Claims submitted outside of the timeframes listed above.
Fair Use & Fraud Prevention
To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to investigate claims and deny fraudulent or suspicious requests. If a claim looks dodgy, we may:
- Decline the claim
- Suspend your account (in extreme cases)
- Take legal action if necessary
