For years I've suffered from acid reflux, bloating and nausea when eating, recently I've started bulking so need to cram 3700-4000 calories a day in... I'd be lucky to get 2000 calories due to feeling full and bloated constantly to the point of 1 mouthfull I'd be stuffed After eating my usual meals throughout the day MySupplementShop delivered these so I thought I'd order a kebab which usually results in bloating and reflux... Nope not this time in fact I feel pretty damn good, zero bloating, a tiny bit of reflux ~80% less than what it usually is, I didn't expect them to work as well as they did first time round. I'll also be ordering the lactose enzyme as I'm pretty certain a lot of my issues are cause by lactose intolerance Note* I experienced a little bit of belly ache but nothing majour, I'll update my review after a week or two **UPDATE** It's been a few weeks now, absolutely zero complaints reflux and bloating is still at bay less bloating after my protein shakes and can definitely cram more food in and quicker, take a tablet with a small sip of water and then eat right away

These are enzymes so the taste is obviously not going to be pineapple or oranges. It tastes like supplements which is okay. It doesn't have a taste that makes you want to down a cup of sugar or a cup of acidic lemon so that's good. I have lost some fat around my belly which happens to be at the same time I started taking them. Added benefit but most importantly, I felt my stomach was less painful all the time.

I brought these for my friend who has digestive issues and can't go number 2 even with laxatives. Now she goes sometimes even twice a day as long as she takes these. Would recommend these over laxatives any day I wonder why doctors don't recommend them rather than prescribing laxatives all the time.
