VOW Nutrition Vow Pre Workout

Smells so nice straight from the jar, like mango and watermelon. I am keen on watermelon taste but for those who don’t like it, it is less strong when combined with mango flavour. I personally like this combination. It’s sweet but not sickly sweet. I somewhat feel the taste of some salts faintly or bitterness if combined with a little bit less water than recommended (225ml is my choice). I prefer the pre-workouts in smaller volumes. But I actually don’t mind that at all, I think it might be the active ingredients not masked by the excessive sweetness or intense artificial flavours. I can definitely feel tingling in my face and hands already within 10mins (I workout before breakfast) and this particular pre-workout hits me faster than any other. Probably because of higher caffeine content. I also don’t feel as tired during my workout and I can definitely go on for longer with more intensity. Jar is see a through plastic which is a bit different I think. There are guaranteed no banned substances. Sweetener is sucralose. Caffeine content is 250mg per serving. Dosage: 1 scoop = 17.5g mixed with 250-300ml of ice cold water. I never drink ice cold water (even in summer) so I mix it with tepid/cold water. I don’t think it has any performance issues that way. (Drinking ice cold water works for some to increase metabolism but it just makes me too cold before my body gets heated up through the movement.) But I suppose the more liquids intake the better. I drink it in one go and than drink more water throughout the workout. Great pre-workout, would recommend.

Really enjoy it. Good focus and energy. Also surprisingly the flavour is spot on, is more like a nice juice than other pre-workouts where they can often taste really artificial.

I've tried a few other brands over the years . This one is great taste great and 15 to 20 mins you get that tingling which I've only had off a couple before and you feel energised. I suffer a lot with tiredness so I take mine at dinner it boost me through my work day and training. By bed time it's out of my system ready for a good night's sleep. I stopped taking them just before training due to struggling to sleep . That's my routine that works for me . Definitely recommend and will keep buying this product and it was cheap .

You can defo feel the effects. Shortly after using it about 15-30 minutes after I could feel the tingle and itch which lasts about half an hour or so and these ingredients give u a massive energy boost.

The colour choice for this is certainly not welcoming being a brown mess and looking more like mislabeled chocolate protein powder but rest assured, the VOW pre workout actually tastes good. I have a scoop before workout and sometimes I like to down the powder with minimal water or sometimes mix it into the during workout lucozade still. It works fine both ways. You get a decent pump from this and bit more alertness but like all of them after a while, you have simply increased heart beat with no change to tiredness levels! Haha! Suitable for vegetarians which is decent enough although I am a meat eater. VOW seem like a very credible company with reasonable pricing.

I have been working out for couple of years, and I've tried many pre workouts. This honestly is in my top favourite. After i had it, felt the skin tingling and had a killer workout! I'll definitely will purchase again and will try another flavour.
