The benefits of taking omega 3 supplements are well attested, so it comes down to comparing brands. You will like these if you prefer taking liquid to pills. It is easier to swallow but you do get a taste. I quite liked this taste, which is an oily texture and slight lemon flavour. The ingredients are what you would expect; no surprises. The oil is produced in Norway, and if the Norwegians do not know fish oil, no one does. The dosage is a teaspoonful each day, so the cost depends on what size teaspoon you use, but I calculate that 500ml will give you about 140 doses. So, slightly on the expensive side, at current prices, but not excessively so.

I take this after my dinner and wash it down with water. It tastes alright, considering. It's got a lemon taste to mask the original taste, making it bearable. It's great to get this into my system in such a tasty manner. Excellent value and I highly recommend you incorporate this into your diet.

Osavi is well known brand of supplement that I trust and order regularly. This super omega supplement is made with highest quality ingredients and design to absorbs high dose of 2900mg Omega 3. Im not gonna lie, taste isnt great but lemon flavour makes it bearable. Its better than other I tried but still I need to force myself to drink it. However, this is supplement that I take not because of taste but because of the benefits that improve my health. I feel great and full of energy, my blood results never been better and overall Im feel great.

When I got this it cost £24.44. That I would say is ok for a high dose version of their normal cod liver oil Omega 3 oil. Osavi have price experimented up to quite a lot more for this version; and as its only 250ml I would say that the price I got this for is about as high as it should be.; and perhaps a bit too high? (It really isn’t a very big bottle). Any more, and you might be better looking at other oils which come in at smaller doses, but bottles that are twice the size for a similar price. But, as it is, this is fine. They make a good product here, and it is a very good dose. Tastes fine. Just be aware of price creep… Think Osavi need to be careful not to go overboard and think they can charge whatever they like.
